What’s included
Freight to your club isn’t included and is quoted for your location before you order. The 60-day money-back guarantee is part of the Founding Club offer on the annual plan, and doesn’t apply to the Kiosk Package.

No. Venocast runs on the TVs you already have. A small Venocast device plugs into each screen and starts it on its own.
We build your Live Display with your logo, colours and photos, set up the device and get your screen running.
On the annual plan, cancel within 60 days and we’ll refund your annual fee. The setup fee covers your device and setup work, so it isn’t refundable, except for Founding Five clubs: they get the setup fee back too, once the device is returned.
On the monthly plan, you can cancel any time with 30 days’ notice. The setup fee and months already paid aren’t refunded, and the Venocast device comes back to us.
The guarantee doesn’t apply to the Venocast Kiosk.

No. You set your own advertising packages and invoice sponsors as you do now. You keep 100% of it.
Your screens keep showing the last update, then refresh on their own when the connection comes back.
Yes. Your plan includes your first screen. Each extra screen is $500 once-off, which covers its Venocast device and setup.
